The CP Innova is an educational innovation initiative developed by the Department of Culture, Education and University to provide public schools with a strategy to improve the quality of teaching. The plan may develop a series of modalities, considering the needs and interests of the students, as well as those of the educational centres, among which is the one selected for the present proposal, presented below. In this case, the EDUsaúde modality has been selected: “The school as a promoter of healthy lifestyles”. This refers to the promotion of healthy lifestyles, focusing on the physical and emotional well-being of students as a decisive aspect in achieving effective learning.
